For the first time ever, Tivon Rivers gives his personal testimony of how he was a victim of a covert depopulation program known as gangstalking. Tivon is a A US Navy Veteran, and Electronics Engineer that was living in the UK for close to ten years. Tivon left the country to escape serious gangstalking harassment and take back his life. He is now a gangstalking survivor, and is writing a book that provides a full accounting of this depopulation program that ruins the lives of millions of people in the “Five Eyes” countries, and offers solutions to help others protect themselves and take back their life. What is Gangstalking?
People from all walks of life are being recruited to be the eyes and ears of the State. People from all races, ages, genders and every sector of society that you can think of are a part of this. It is a program called gangstalking that uses a variety of psychological operations and electronic harassment to try to get individual citizens to commit crimes and get themselves thrown in jail, or sent to a mental institution or worse yet, to commit suicide.
Targeted Individuals
A targeted individual (T.I.) is a person who has been put in a depopulation program known as gangstalking. The program is funded by the Government, and the T.I. is monitored and harassed 24/7, inside and outside of their home. Most T.I.’s have no idea how they were put into this program or how to get out;
Targeting can happen to anyone in society. In the past primary targets of programs such as Cointelpro have been minorities. Targeting however, can happen to anyone. Individuals are often targeted for being outspoken, whistle blowers, dissidents, people who go up against wealthy corporations, woman’s groups, (single) women, anti-war proponents, and other innocent individuals. The majority of the targets are often not aware that they are being targeted in this way. For those targets that are aware this is happening, they can be left feeling depressed, suicidal, confused, isolated and mentally unstable. The objective of the campaign is the total destruction of the Target. This program is hell on earth.
How Does Gangstalking Work?
The person who is the subject of the target is made to feel like they are alone and going crazy. You are followed and harassed 24/7. You are followed at work, school, church, the grocery store… everywhere.
The stalking usually happens in a form that you could never report without looking crazy as the program utilized organized groups of seemingly “normal” individuals to carry out a “small activity” which makes it impossible for the victim to provide proof of.
Example: Your driving down the street, and you see an influx of mail trucks. Well mail trucks are supposed to be in the community right? What you don’t know is, these mail trucks are following you. The target may know this because they see like 15 mail trucks within a 2 block radius. And this happens repeatedly, and only when the target goes out. On every corner they turn on, and there is another mail truck. If you were to go to the police and say, “this mail truck has been following me” you would sound crazy. This is designed to break the target. To make the target “go off” and eventually assault someone. Or make them feel like they need to seek mental help.
Example: Let’s say your name is Judy. And you are in your home and people are walking by your house with your window open and they start to say things in a loud audible way. These are trigger words, and they are meant for you to hear. A phrase like “Judy is a psychopath”. Then somewhere later, you are in a public place and other people around you start saying “Judy is a psychopath”, just within your earshot. Then later on your at home in bed and then someone starts making a lot of noise outside your window to make sure your awake and says “Judy is a psychopath”.
The origins of the Gangstalking Program:
Gangstalking is a descendent of the Cointel program which was put together in the past to disintegrate groups like the Black Panther movement. The Cointel program was a plan to seek out and destroy dissidence. It’s a plan that was fully endorsed by the Government. It was used to squash the rising power of protest. They used it to suppress the voices of the people that would no longer be chained, those who struggled to be free. It is a covert operation that has been used in times of war in several locations across the planet.
The government would open up lifelong covert investigations, and then go to your friends, family, employers, landlords, neighbors and community at large. They would tell them lies and slander saying that you are crazy, a terrorist, someone who needed watching or some other lie. Then they would disrupt your life in every way possible. They destroyed families, and many peaceful organizations that were trying to do good work in society. Targets are followed around, stalked and harassed. Homes are illegally entered, mail stolen, calls listened to, property damaged, false arrests, political assassinations, lifetime incarcerations, and forced suicides.
Today gangstalking not only involves the above elements, but now targets of this harassment are routinely tortured or harassed in their homes. They are followed around by suburban spies or paid community snitches. They are spied upon with technology that can be used to listen to them and watch them from outside of their homes.
Many people grow up in society never realizing that the world is not really controlled by just governments but it’s also controlled by a system. Some people might consider this system similar to another government that operates outside of the mainstream government. The system is more structured and less democratic than many of us realize, or are willing to believe.
The system that really exists and that controls society is made up of the powerful and elite, Corporations and Governments. To keep the system in place and running smoothly, there are appendages that are set in place to teach the population how to act, think, behave, and yes how to conform to the system. The system wants people to think that they are completely free and can act, think, and feel however they choose to. This is true to an extent, as long as your interests do not run too contrary to what the system has in mind. Once your interest start to run contrary, or you do something to step out of what the system considers acceptable boundaries, this is when you enter the Targeted Individual zone.
Who are the Gangstalkers?
Gangstalkers are usually skin heads, bikers, racists, ex criminals, felons, cult members and even entire families and children. (Yes, they have training programs to actually train children!) Gangstalkers are usually unemployed people, who have plenty of time on their hands to commit such acts and follow people around at all times of day and night. They are recruited into these programs and offered payment. With the rising unemployment rate in the US, there is a large population of people to recruit to carry out the program. Like the US, the UK has a large population on government benefits. Some stats show families that have relied on government benefits for 4 generations. These people have no jobs and no need to go to one (as they collect checks from the government), so they are prime candidates for the gangstalking program. The program recruits people who would be in the targets natural environment.
Who is targeted?
Anyone can have their name entered into the gangstalking program at any time for any reason, and they will never know that they have been tagged as a targeted individual. Targeted Individuals are usually whistleblowers, or someone who pissed off the wrong person in a position of power, or someone who is involved in work that would be considered disruptive to the current power structure. In many cases, targeted individuals are minorities with colored skin, or part of the large migrant population in the UK. The worst part is, once your name is entered into the program, you stay a target till the day you leave this earth.
V2K and other forms of Electronic Harassment are used in Gangstalking
What is V2K?
V2K – voice to skull device – is a weapon use for transmitting voices with low or high frequencies. Voices can be for commands or harassments attacks that may look like the TI’s own voice. V2K can also be used to induce or manipulate dreams or to deprive TI sleeping. This ‘psycho-electronic’ type of mind control is the covert, around the clock harassment of innocent citizens living in their homes and communities, and is currently world wide in scope. This harassment includes electronic mind/body attacks, street harassment skits, destruction of family and other relationships and destruction of careers.
Electronic Harassment comes in many forms and types:
Electronic Surveillance is the imposed observation of a person’s belongings, person or surroundings through the use of electronic listening devices, video recording or transmitting devices, spectral imaging through heat or infrared, sound or other radiation sources, and any other means of observing a person’s actions, possessions or routines.
Electronic sabotage or interference is any sabotage that is intentionally configuring personal property to either be destroyed or malfunction. Any intentional interference such as electronic noise generators, sound generators, light generators, spark gap disrupters, or any other form of EMI (electromagnetic interference) which either destroys, disrupts, causes malfunction or loss of resources is deemed to be electronic harassment.
Directed Harmful High Energy Devices is the most dangerous form of electronic harassment and is quite easy to implement against a person. Directed harmful high energy microwave devices and weapons can include such devices and equipment that are easily available almost anywhere in the World where there are people. Microwave ovens can be modified to focus and direct up to 1200 watts or more, depending on the model, of microwave energy at a person or property and are easy to produce. The results of an attack by a high energy device can be lethal, they can kill or at the least disable a human being or other animals.
